Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for SAR 50 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

During Ramadan, the hotel will offer Sohour in place of breakfast and Iftar in place of dinner. - Parking availability is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. - Guests can avail of a complimentary daily shuttle service to and from Al Haram. Please note, during Ramadan, the operation of the hotel shuttle will adhere to the guidelines and procedures set by the Saudi Local Authorities. - Kindly be aware that the credit card utilized for pre-payment or on-site charges must belong to the guest staying. - The same card is required for presentation at the time of check-in, along with a valid ID (Passport or National ID) for verification purposes. - In cases where the guest is not the cardholder or if the original credit card is not available at check-in, alternative payment methods must be arranged by the guest.
